Since the State Council issued the “Action Plan for Promoting Large-Scale Equipment Renewal and Replacement of Old Consumer Goods with New Ones” in March 2024, the policy seems to have entered the actual implementation stage.
On November 19, the National Development and Reform Commission introduced the implementation of large-scale equipment renewal and replacement of old consumer goods with new ones, emphasizing that it will focus on seven key areas such as medical care, and allocate 150 billion yuan of ultra-long-term special treasury bonds directly to the project.
At the same time, various regions are also promoting the implementation of policies.
